2. Return Eligibility

3. Starting a Return
To begin your return, please email us at info@finleywildtrackgear.com within your 30-day return window. Do not ship your item before receiving return instructions from us.
Include in your email:
- Order number (e.g., #1680)
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (e.g., incorrect size, changed mind, received wrong item)
- Photos or videos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For returns due to preference or sizing, customers cover return shipping. We recommend using trackable shipping and insurance as we are not liable for lost return shipments.
- Finley Wildtrack Gear Responsibility: If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping costs.
5. Return Address
Always wait for instructions and the correct return address from our customer service before sending your item back, as this address may differ from our headquarters.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
- Processing Times: Bank processing may add an additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

- Items returned in used or damaged condition
- Returns requested after the 30-day window
- Products or packaging returned with damage due to poor packaging by the customer
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days. To request an exchange, email info@finleywildtrackgear.com with your order details.
- If the exchange is due to preference (wrong size, color change), the customer covers shipping for both return and replacement.
- If the exchange is due to an error or defect, we cover all shipping costs.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- Check your item within 24 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged or incorrect.
- Email info@finleywildtrackgear.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund and cover all related shipping costs if your claim is approved.
9. Incorrect Address Provided
If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us immediately at info@finleywildtrackgear.com. While we will try to update your address before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or uncollected parcel, we may charge for the actual return and re-shipping costs. If you prefer a refund in these cases, we will deduct the original shipping and return costs from your refund.
10. Customs and Import Fees
International orders may incur customs fees or taxes upon delivery, which are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot estimate these charges; please check with your local customs office for details.
